It’s Friday and Trump is not spending taxpayer money to fly to Mar-a-Lago! At least not yet. He is in the White House! Why? In an entire year he has not spent five days in a row where he is supposed to be working. According to his pattern, he should be on the golf course by eleven this morning.

The reason is a problem he created. Another failure by your illegitimate president has forced him to stay in Washington; at least for one day; or part of one day. Last Tuesday Trump put on a show in a desperate attempt to defend dozens of claims that he is mentally incompetent. During this 55 minute charade, he promised to sign a bill, written in a bipartisan effort, to save DACA and prevent a government shutdown. Surprise! Surprise! He lied. This lie is likely to force a government shutdown by midnight.

I doubt that Trump ‘gives a damn,’ but he is pretending to be ‘presidential’ by remaining in Washington; at least for a few more hours.

Trump has wasted more than 100 million taxpayer dollars as he continues to live a life of luxury. If this was President Obama, Republicans would be screaming as they held press conferences. At least 80 percent of Trump’s first year in office has been spent golfing or watching television.

I admit that I am very surprised. Trump has placed the responsibilities of his job in the hands of others for a full year. I was sure that he would be on his golf course at this very minute.

If you don’t believe that we, the American people, deserve better, you must be a Trump supporter. I’m sorry; I can’t forgive you. It’s your fault that our government is totally dysfunctional.
