Paul Ryan is the Poster Boy for Corruption

Ryan (3)

No intelligent American can deny that the ‘tax reform’ bill passed by Republicans only was a gift to Trump and other wealthy Americans. The greatest beneficiaries are 585 billionaires and 10.7 million millionaires. Congress has 535 millionaires.

Leading the charge to pass the bill was Lyin Paul Ryan. A once respected Republican, he has moved to the dark side; and it’s worse than you might have thought.

Large Republican donors threatened their subordinates with a huge decrease in funding for their November elections if they did not pass tax cuts. After Republicans ramrodded the bill through both houses, Republican’s billionaire donors immediately showed their gratitude to Republican politicians who were key to the bill’s success.

Just 13 days after Trump signed his destructive bill, Charles and Elizabeth Koch donated $500,000 to Paul Ryan’s joint fundraising committee.

Republican lawmakers have proven themselves lacking in character and morals. Their personal ambitions are their only concerns. They have not represented the majority of the American people for more than 20 years; and the situation is deteriorating even more.

Without intelligent, effective, and compassionate leadership, the American people are nothing more than tools in a game. Once they are elected, every Republican laughs at the ignorance of the voting public and plans his or her own agenda; it does not include you or your family.

As a 71-year-old man who has always been a patriot, I am ashamed of our dysfunctional government. The president, congress, and the Supreme Court are no longer worthy of my loyalty or respect. My patriotic focus belongs to working Americans. I continue to celebrate our nation’s diversity; it is our strength and our future. The old, white men in Washington are our dark past; let’s throw them out. With millennials as our largest demographic, and the rise of women’s activism, these two groups alone can win every election. Congress’ median age is over 60; the average age of all Americans is 37.8 years. Let’s have REAL change in November.

Please tell your friends and family that this is the most important election in history, and everyone must vote; thank you.
