Trump has followed Adolf Hitler’s playbook line by line. He has attempted, and succeed with weak-minded Americans, to quash free speech by his continuous attacks on the legitimate press. He is supporting Fox Noise which has been the right wing propaganda machine for more than 20 years. Hitler believed that by telling a lie repeatedly, most uninformed citizens will began to accept it as truth. Trump has learned that lesson well. Like Hitler, Trump is in complete control of congress as Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan bow to his every demand. The concept of separate powers has been destroyed in a consensual manner. Next is the reformation of the FBI. Trump is attempting to make the FBI his own state police force.

The worst Attorney General in America’s history, Jeff Sessions, has been pressuring FBI Director Christopher Wray to fire his deputy director, Andrew McCabe. There is no legitimate reason to fire McCabe other than the fact that he was a close associate of former Director James Comey. Trump and Sessions are attempting to purge the FBI and replace top officials with their own puppets.

Sessions has run into a formidable obstacle. Director Wray has threatened to resign if McCabe is fired. He has frequently stressed that the integrity of the FBI is incomparable, and he intends to keep it that way. Here is the bullshit statement from a Trump spokesman.

“He believes politically motivated senior leaders, including former Director (James) Comey and others he empowered, have tainted the agency’s reputation for unbiased pursuit of justice. The President appointed Chris Wray because he is a man of true character and integrity, and the right choice to clean up the misconduct at the highest levels of the F.B.I. and give the rank and file confidence in their leadership,” Shah said.

Trump is a control freak. He believes that he is a king, not a public servant. He is making concerted efforts to remove democracy from our government and institute fascism. He believes that anything he believes should become law. Because he lacks principles and morals, this is a frightening thought.

Let’s end Trump’s tyranny. In just a few months the midterm elections will be held. If we remove Trump’s control of a hypocritical congress, he will be powerless. Please vote, and encourage others to follow your example.
