The media fails to report anything negative about what is happening in our nation. They are supporting Trump although he is responsible for the many evils which are growing in America. Long ignored by the media is the fact that the most serious problem facing our nation is the growing number of men, women, and children living in poverty. The number is now more than 49 million, and after Trump passed his ‘tax reform’ bill, the number will grow even faster.

White supremacists have become emboldened because their leader is living in the White House. Their numbers are growing, and they are no longer hiding in the shadows.

Our nation is more divided today than at any other time in our nation’s history since the Civil War. Although the numbers of ardent Trump supporters are dwindling, thanks to a hypocritical Republican government, lies continue to confuse and separate our nation’s people.

The Constitution has been violated more frequently by this illegitimate president than at any other time in our nation’s history. Trump has proven that he is not an American president.

Finally, not a single word has been written or spoken about the fastest growing problem in America. Hate crimes have increased by more than 800 percent since Trump was nominated in July of 2016. During his rallies Trump encouraged violence against anyone in the crowd who disagreed with his vile view of America. His message of hatred and prejudice has been accepted by millions of Americans.

African Americans, Hispanics, Muslims, women, Jews, Hindus, and other minorities have been verbally and physically assaulted in large numbers across America. White terrorism such as the murders in Las Vegas and a small church in Texas have become the greatest danger to the American people. More mass shootings occurred in the last two years than days on the calendar.

A recent article reports the escalating number of homicides committed against the LGBTQ community. Trump, Pence, Sessions, and other members of Trump’s circle of sinners have exposed themselves as homophobes, and their supporters are listening.

Since the end of 2016, the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs is reporting a rise in the number of murders of individuals who identify themselves as members of the LGBTQ community. Excluding the horrific slaughter in the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida, there were 28 such murders in 2016. The NCAVP is reporting that 52 deaths in 2017 were directly related to hate crimes committed by anti-LGBTQ individuals and groups.

This is Trump’s America. He is the antithesis of his predecessor who spread a message of love and compassion. Trump is an old, angry, and mentally challenged man who is altering the environment in our nation.

There are probably a thousand reasons why Trump must be removed from office. He is totally unfit to receive the title of President of the United States of America.

If he is not removed from office soon, the 2018 midterm election will become the most important election in our nation’s history. Our vote can defeat him by removing Republicans from office and therefore eliminating his power. Please vote, and encourage everyone you know to do the same. Thank you.
