Republicans have voted to release a memo. This memo was composed by the best known Trump toady and traitor to the American people, Devin Nunes. Paul Ryan led GOP politicians in a successful effort to thwart a Democratic response to this fictional memo.

If one Republican stands out as the biggest ass in his party, it is Paul Ryan. It was a tough choice as Mitch McConnell became a close second. Ryan supports Nunes and any other prevaricator who attempts to hide the truth from the American people and bring an end to Trump’s despicable and destructive presidency.

After Trump admitted that he was indeed a sexual predator in October of 2016 when the ‘Access Hollywood’ tape was revealed, this was Ryan’s response.

“I am not going to defend Donald Trump — not now, not in the future,” Mr Ryan said.

This is the ‘future’ and Ryan has bowed to every demand from his fuhrer.

He continued: “Look, you guys know I have real concerns with our nominee…This is going to be a turbulent month. Many of you on this call are facing tough reelections. Some of you are not.

“But with respect to Donald Trump, I would encourage you to do what you think is best and do what you feel you need to do. Personally, you need to decide what’s best for you. And you all know what’s best for you where you are.”

Now that Ryan is a devoted Trump supporter and is the biggest hypocrite in our nation’s history, I wondered why I ever believed that Ryan was a respectable and compassionate public servant. Now that he supports Trump’s fascist regime, he has exposed the Paul Ryan who has been hiding from us since 1999.

Ryan is another failure as a Republican Speaker of the House. He joins other corrupt and fallacious men including John Boehner, Dennis Hastert, and Newt Gingrich.

The good people of Wisconsin could do our nation a big favor and vote him out of office in November. All of us can guarantee that he will no longer be the Speaker. We can go to the polls in record numbers and return control of the House and Senate to Democrats. Trump would lose all power, and would simply be known as the ‘joke soiling the White House sheets.’

Finally, let’s tell the truth about the greatest danger to our democracy, and the reason why we must place Democrats in control of congress. Thanks to McConnell and Ryan, the executive and legislative branches have merged into one. They are no longer ‘separate and equal’ as intended by our founding fathers. This is the end of democracy and the beginnings of a plutocracy supported by fascism.

Here is what Ryan said about Nunes’ memo; proving that he continues to kiss Trump’s gross and gigantic derriere.

“There may have been malfeasance by people at the FBI…it is our job in conducting transparent oversight of the executive branch to get to the bottom of that.”

Our government is pitiful; we deserve much better. We deserve a government who represents all of America and not one which rules over us.
