Trump is the exact opposite of President Obama. President Obama is extremely intelligent, and made decisions based on careful thought and qualified advisers. Mr. Obama cared about all Americans. He saved our nation from a depression. He is wise and knows that an escalation of nuclear weapons will guarantee a nuclear war and the end of the world. President Obama is a very moral man who has exceptional family values. Although Republican politicians denounced every accomplishment by our 44^th president because he is an African American, he never retaliated against those who lied about him.

Now let’s take a look at Trump.

Trump has proven that he has a less than average intellect, and he is most definitely mentally challenged. Trump listens to no one and makes extremely poor decisions. Trump represents himself and other wealthy Americans who are white and pretend to be Christians. He has no interest in the majority of the American people. Thanks to an extremely flawed tax plan, in just a few years the middle class will be paying for the lifestyles of billionaires and millionaires. The number of families living below the poverty line will grow as social programs receive reduced funding; the corporate tax rate reduction and tax breaks for the wealthy will result in reduced revenue for the federal government. Trump has no morals. He is a self-admitted sexual predator and a philanderer. Trump has been exposed as a white supremacist, who attacks his critics with venom and hatred. One of Trump’s goals is to increase our nuclear arsenal and become engaged in a nuclear war which will destroy much of the world.

William Perry was the Secretary of Defense under Bill Clinton for three years. He offered this opinion today.

“The new arms race has already begun. It’s different in nature than the one during the Cold War, which focused on quantity and two superpowers producing absurd numbers of weapons. Today it is focused on quality and involves several nations instead of just two. The risk for nuclear conflict today is higher than it was during the Cold War.”

Trump and our hawkish generals are planning to waste more taxpayer money by increasing our nuclear capability; the exact opposite plan of every other president since Ronald Reagan.

Trump’s ignorance is the result of two facts; he either cannot or chooses not to read, and his only source of information is Fox Noise.

Trump is planning to resume testing of nuclear weapons in just six months, and it appears that our military and Trump’s pathetic party are willing to allow such a dangerous and foolhardy event.

In October of 1962, I lived in fear for days. I truly believed that a nuclear missile would be landing on my head. President Kennedy’s blockade of Cuba was countered by Russian Premier Nikita Khrushschev with a threat of nuclear war. Although nuclear testing in the United States had ended, we had all witnessed the films of these tests and they were horrifying.

We need nothing more to know that Trump is insane. He cannot be allowed to have the nuclear football in his possession. He is power mad and that makes him a danger to our entire planet.

For all eternity, the fact is that wars cannot be won. Since WWII our nation has lost every war. A nuclear war will end not only life but national economies, and make the water unsafe to drink, the air unsafe to breathe, and the land unacceptable for growing food. Is this something you are willing to allow Trump to accomplish?

Think carefully about these facts. They involve the lives of your family and your friends.
