Even a cursory appraisal of Trump’s circle of sinners reveals several disturbing realities. None of them are qualified to hold their positions. They are a group of privileged men and two women; millionaires and billionaires. Most oppose the very agencies they lead. Their personal beliefs include white supremacy, plutocracy, xenophobia, homophobia, and misogyny. They are ‘white trash with money.’

The greatest example of a Trump adviser is Scott Pruitt. In case you have forgotten, he is the head of the Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to his appointment, he was the Attorney General of Oklahoma. It was a well-known fact that Pruitt was a tool for the petroleum industry. He advocated unrestricted fracking, and sued the EPA, the agency he now leads, multiple times.

Pruitt was in the news once again this week. His travel expenses are astronomical. This white trash failure insists on flying first class. The difference between coach and first class is five to ten times the cost, depending on the airline. But Pruitt has his reasons for wasting taxpayer money at an alarming rate.

First of all, Pruitt is one of the most hated men in America. He has removed regulations which protected our air, water, and land in favor of major corporations who are the largest polluters in our nation. He should expect and he deserves derisive comments from the American people. Here is what a spokesman for Pruitt had to say about his expensive air travel.

“We felt that based on the recommendation from the team leader, the special agent in charge, that it would be better suited to have him in business or first class, away from close proximity from those individuals who were approaching him and being extremely rude, using profanities and potential for altercations and so forth.”

Trump and his immediate family wasted $134 million in his first seven months in office. He continues to waste taxpayer money at the rate of $16,333,333.33 per month. Trump’s circle of sinners have used private and military aircraft frequently for both business and pleasure. This is the most corrupt administration in history, and they have achieved that status after only a single year.

Republicans will do nothing. Let’s change this in November; vote them out of office. Let’s make this midterm the largest voter turnout in history. We can take our country back.
