I have read and heard tens-of-thousands of lies from Republicans, but one told by a Republican Congresswoman from upstate New York is not only the most egregious but also the most vicious; her name is Claudia Tenney.

“It’s interesting that so many of these people that commit the mass murders end up being Democrats,” Tenney said. “But the media doesn’t talk about that.”

Tenney is going to hate me for this, because I am going to tell the truth.

White terrorism is the greatest danger to the American people; far greater than any threat from a foreign entity. A study between 2008 and 2016 revealed the following facts.

Domestic terrorism by right wing extremists revealed approximately 117 planned attacks, 30 of which were foiled. There were nearly 20 attacks by left wing extremists, five of which were foiled. Terrorist attacks by Muslim extremists were estimated at 65; 50 of them were foiled.

I know Republicans hate the truth; they prefer their fabricated ‘alternative facts,’ but intelligent Americans deserve the truth. There are more mass shootings in the United States than days on the calendar; nearly all of them are committed by white men.

Tenney has offered more proof why we must vote Republicans out of office in November. She has an A+ rating from the NRA, and will receive tens of thousands of dollars for her reelection campaign.

Your vote is more powerful than an assault rifle. You and 320 million other Americans are the United States of America. Our government is intended to serve the people, not we them; we are the masters, and they must return to being our servants. When they fail to support the needs and wishes of the majority and favor special interests, it’s time for real change.

The Republican Party has not existed for approximately 25 years. They use the label, but lack the principles. Time for them to go and be replaced by a new party; a party which will represent all Americans.
