I will use the most quoted four words in history to begin this article; they are from Dr. Martin Luther King. “I have a dream.” My dream is much smaller than the dream of the great Civil Rights leader. My dream is to have two Republican senators lose their reelection bids on November 6th.
Dean Heller is a Trump lackey. He is up for reelection, and is facing a serious challenge in the Republican Primary, as well as in the election. Heller has failed to serve the needs and wishes of the people of my state. Nevada is a poor state with low wages and Heller has voted with Trump and against programs which are badly needed by hundreds of thousands of Nevadans.
If Heller is cast out of Washington I will be pleased. If Ted Cruz is defeated, I will be ecstatic. Senator Lindsey Graham once said this about Cruz, who has been called the ‘most hated man in Washington.’
“If you killed Ted Cruz on the floor of the Senate, and the trial was in the Senate, nobody would convict you.”
In the Republican Party only Lyin Paul Ryan is a bigger hypocrite than Cruz. He not only vehemently opposed Trump during the campaign, Trump viciously attacked him, his wife, and his father in 2016. He called his wife ugly, and claimed that his father conspired with Lee Harvey Oswald to assassinate John F. Kennedy.
When a reporter interviewed some of his college classmates, they claimed that he was disliked by all who knew him.
After withdrawing from his own campaign, Cruz capitulated and campaigned for the orange man. He now fully supports all of Trump’s destructive agenda.
Cruz has no accomplishments to his credit in his first term. He has been a destructive force for the TEA Party and the Koch brothers. It was he who fought to shutdown the government in 2013.
I admit that although I knew Trump would be a horrible president, I did not realize just how bad reality would be with a white supremacist in office.
During the campaign I feared a Cruz presidency more than the possibility of having a moron defiling our White House. Cruz is a fake Christian who has made fools of evangelicals across the nation. He is a bigger charlatan than Trump, and has an IQ equivalent to his fuhrer.
His Democratic opponent will be a young man by the name of ‘Beto O’Rourke.’ Trump has attacked his challenger for having the nickname of ‘Beto,’ claiming that it was created recently in an effort to gain notoriety. The truth is that he has baby pictures of himself with a t-shirt bearing the name ‘Beto.’ This is the best Cruz can do; he is obviously a ‘few bricks short of a load.’
I beg the voters of Texas to renounce this destructive hypocrite who has not represented you well in his six failed years in Washington. He should not be allowed to have six more.
