There is a consensus among attorneys, including a former Donald Trump divorce lawyer, that the non-disclosure agreement between Trump and adult film star, Stormy Daniels, is invalid. Trump never signed the agreement. Jay Goldberg is Trump’s former attorney; he offered this statement.

“It’s true. An agreement, you need the signature of both parties,” he said. “And if there’s no signature by him, it’s not valid.”

Let’s go back to when the allegations of sexual impropriety began for Donald Trump.

Trump and his first wife, Ivana, were divorced in 1992. During what was described as a ‘very messy’ divorce, Ivana signed a deposition claiming that her estranged husband had physically assaulted her and then raped her. Shortly after the document was prepared, the former couple agreed to an out of court settlement for an undisclosed amount of money. Ivana reneged her intention to submit the deposition.

In October of 2016 tapes were revealed exposing Trump’s own admissions that he was indeed a sexual predator. The ‘Hollywood Access’ tape was the most damning, but Trump’s supporters ignored the truth.

Throughout 2016 women began to accuse Trump of sexual assault. For his supporters his denial was proof that the women were lying. As of today 19 women have come forward to formerly accuse Trump of sexual harassment and sexual assault.

A couple of months ago a story was leaked about an alleged affair between Trump and an adult film star. Stormy Daniels had signed a non-disclosure agreement and did not leak the story. It came from reporters who discovered a magazine article in a tabloid.

The affair began just months after the birth of Trump and Melania’s son, Barron. Then a second woman came forward to charge Trump with a similar affair. Karen McDougal is a former Playboy model who told her story to the National Enquirer. The CEO of the tabloid is a friend and supporter of Donald Trump. He paid McDougal $150,000 for her story but refused to publish it for fear of harming Trump’s presidential campaign.

Both of these stories are likely to resurface in the coming days. Daniels has already indicated that if her non-disclosure agreement is indeed invalid, she will tell her story to anyone and everyone who will listen.

This will force Trump into another tantrum. The last time he was angry, just days ago, he suddenly announced that he was going to begin a trade war with our allies and the rest of the world by placing tariffs on imports of aluminum and steel. What’s next?

The world, including Trump’s supporters who have chosen to be ignorant, will soon learn what some of have known for years. Trump is the most amoral man in America, and cannot be allowed to represent 320 Americans who deserve far better.
