Is the Poisoned Spy Connected to Christopher Steele?

Trump and Putin (2)

I’m certain that I need not remind anyone about the dossier composed by former MI-6 agent, Christopher Steele. What you may not know is that this one document is the most feared piece of evidence in the Russia investigation. Trump and his hypocritical party have attempted to invalidate the 32 page document. They have not succeeded. Much of it has been proven to be factual. If the entire document is confirmed, this will be more than enough evidence to indict the orange man in the White House.
Sergei Skripal was poisoned by a rare nerve gas in a small English town on Sunday. He remains in critical condition in a hospital along with his daughter and a British police officer.
‘The Telegraph’ is reporting that Skripal had a close association with a security consultant who worked for Christopher Steele, the author of the ‘Golden Showers Dossier.’

The Telegraph did not reveal the name of the consultant, but it did offer a connection to Steele’s company. The article added: “If the Kremlin believed that Col. Skripal might have helped with the compilation of the dossier, it could explain the motive for the assassination attempt in Salisbury town center.”

As they say in the cheap spy novels; “and the plot thickens.”

If Skripal survives, what will he have to say. Because of the rare form of nerve gas used in the attack there can be no doubt that the attempted assassination was committed by a government agency, which has not been named.
Trump continues to protect Putin; I wonder why?
