When Trump nominated the only member of the House from Montana, one of our least populated, and nearly all-white states, I once again shook my head and asked why. Ryan Zinke had no qualifications to be the Secretary of the Interior. His accomplishments include urging Trump to destroy parts of our National Parks, and selecting a Montana company with two employees to repair the entire island of Puerto Rico after it was devastated by Hurricane Maria. The latter was subsequently voided.

Trump’s cabinet has proven two things to the American people; they are complete failures, and spend more taxpayer dollars than any administration in history.

Ben Carson, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, made headlines when it was revealed that he spent $31,000 of taxpayer money on a dining room set. Zinke proved that he could top that. He recently spent $139,000 for doors to his office.

Trump and his circle of sinners aren’t worth much. They have no positive accomplishments in 14 months. What they are capable of is spending your money. From costly travel expenses to unnecessary furnishings and security equipment, they are following their fuhrer’s example.

Trump and his family are spending $16,333,333.33 taxpayer dollars every month according to Snopes. His many, many trips to Mar-a-Lago and other Trump properties have cost millions. The operating cost for Air Force One is $200,000 per hour.

For as long as I can remember Republicans have been complaining about the cost of government and the deficit. They have proven themselves to be hypocrites. Trump is spending money like a drunken sailor on leave, while conservatives have remained silent. His ‘tax reform’ bill will increase the deficit by $1.8 trillion.

Let’s show Republicans that we are not being fooled by their attempts to misdirect the truth. We can ‘show them the door’ on November 6^th.
