The pharmaceutical companies have profited billions of dollars from the sale of opioids. They are the root cause of the crises which killed approximately 58,000 Americans last year.

CNN and researchers at Harvard University have discovered that the pharmaceutical industry is paying doctors huge sums of money to prescribe opioids, and the more they prescribe, the more money they make.

“This is the first time we’ve seen this, and it’s really important,” said Dr. Andrew Kolodny, a senior scientist at the Institute for Behavioral Health at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, where he is co-director of the Opioid Policy Research Collaborative.

But don’t worry; your illegitimate president has two solutions. One; sentence all drug dealers to death. Two; he has placed Kellyanne Conway in charge. How could these fail?

Here’s the sad truth. Trump and his Republicans will do nothing about this, and the media will aid him with hiding the facts that profit is more important than the lives of Americans.

It is time for change. This administration and the party in control of congress are moving our nation backwards to the ‘bad old days.’ Join the revolution and return the House and Senate to the Democrats who cares for the American people.
