Eight hundred percent; that’s the number revealing the rise in hate crimes since Trump was nominated in July, 2016. African Americans, Hispanics, Women, Jews, Muslims, the LGBTQ community, and others perceived as foreigners have become frequent targets of white supremacist hate groups and white terrorists.
Two bombings in Austin, Texas have law enforcement questioning the possibility of adding to these unforgivable and shameful numbers.
Two men died, and one woman was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries after packages were opened in their homes. The victims were African American. The bombs were not delivered by any legitimate agency. The incidents occurred on Monday, and on March 2nd.
“This type of crime will not be tolerated” in Austin, Police Chief Brian Manley said.
A second bombing on Monday afternoon is under investigation.
The people of Austin have been encouraged to take caution.
“If you’ve received a package that has been left on your doorstep or left in your yard or left on your driveway that you were not expecting or that was not from someone you know, then give us a call,” Manley said.
I am sad to say it, but I always speak the truth. This is more of the ‘Trump effect.’ Our nation is deeply divided between liberals and conservatives, but it is much more serious than that. Because of Trump’s personal belief in plutocracy and white supremacy, our nation is experiencing a growing divide between blacks and whites; Christians and non-Christians; old and young; and even men and women. If we analyze the facts, this is the primary goal of Putin and Trump. They share a primary belief in the tactic of ‘divide and conquer.’
America is only a strong nation when we share a common enemy. No one is more aware of this fact than Vladimir Putin.
The truth is that we have a common enemy; the Republican Party. For years they have escalated their wars on minorities, women, the LGBTQ community, Muslims, and the poor. They are also attempting to repeal sections of the Bill of Rights which oppose their personal ambitions, and those of special interests.
Republicans also refuse to denounce Trump and his support of hate groups. It’s time for a revolution. Our weapons are powerful, and can quickly defeat the enemy. They are our votes.
November 6, 2018 is approaching very quickly.
