Want to Work in Trump’s White House? Very Few Qualifications are Required

Trump defined

If you want to work in the orange man’s White House, don’t worry if you are unqualified for the position for which you are applying. The only questions of importance have nothing to do with your talents or experience.

First of all, you must offer complete loyalty to your fuhrer. Secondly, you must be willing to lie to protect Trump regardless of how foolish that might make you appear to the world. Lastly, you must be a good bullshitter and make Trump like you. Every member of his staff who has been removed from the White House lacked one or more of these qualifications. That historical number is 45 percent of all of the men and women who once walked through the doors at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue on a daily basis.

A few days after Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was fired, Chief of Staff John Kelly claimed that ‘there would be no more firings.’ I am convinced that he is mistaken. Kelly is one of those who is teetering over the precipice; Trump rejects his control over his actions and temperament. Also facing the possibility of early retirement are H.R. McMaster; a man Trump disagrees with frequently; and Scott Pruitt, Ben Carson, and Steven Mnuchin who have wated tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars for their personal use.

A short personal note. I could not work for a man who has no respect for his subordinates. I could not work for a man without morals. I could not work for a man who creates an uncomfortable and insecure working environment. I value my integrity and my priciples far too much to accept the chaos Trump has intentionally created in the West Wing.
