Today Republicans in Mississippi took a major step to make women sexual slaves. The have not declared an escalation to their war on the female gender, they have taken action to place them in complete control of men in this very ugly, racist, homophobic, and sexist state. If I was a woman living in Mississippi, I would gather together my mother, my daughters, my sisters, my aunts, my nieces, and all of my female friends and get the hell out of a state which continues to belong to the confederacy.

Today Mississippi’s Governor, Phil Bryant, signed a bill which removes all control women had over their own health. Abortions have been banned in Mississippi after 15 weeks gestation. No other state has passed such a severe regulation.

The Republican Party no longer exists, with the exception of a label. The once Grand Old Party supported individual rights and less government. The hypocrites of today who claim to be ‘Republicans’ seek complete control of our personal lives, in support of the Christian religious right, and has replaced democracy with fascism; complete control of our nation’s people.

Trump, McConnell, Ryan, and every other GOP politician cannot claim to be either a Republican or an American. They support the wealthy and care only about their own personal ambitions. They are traitors, one and all.

I fail to understand why a single woman, Muslim, member of the LGBTQ community, African American, Hispanic, or a white man or woman who has average intelligence and believes in the Constitution, lives in the southern states, Texas, Arizona, or Indiana. Their state governments hate all of you, and there are many other states who would welcome you.

If you decide to stay, you can change your situation. Get out the vote. Encourage every younger American, every woman, every citizen of color, and every other American who has had to fight for their unalienable rights to fight for their right to vote and throw every Republican out of office in local, state, and federal offices. They hate you; they will never represent you, or those you love.

Our country deserves better.
