Trump has been comparing ‘vocational schools’ to ‘junior college.’ This may offer the ultimate proof of Trump’s ignorance, lack of awareness, and intellect more than any other statement in his pitiful administration. The fact is that many of our professionals in the construction industry, the engineering professions, and medical personnel began in junior colleges.
Vocational schools offer specific information to their students. I speak from experience. I attended beauty college in the late 1970’s. I admit the most of my time spent in the facility was superfluous, but when I received my license I enjoyed one of my most successful careers.
In that career I had male and female clients from various professions who relayed their stories to me. My clients were wealthy, struggling middle class, and hardworking Americans who were concerned about their appearance in the hope of obtaining advancement in their current situations.
These men an women were business professionals, engineers, electrical contractors, restaurateurs, and men and women in the field of medicine. Many of them began their quest for their chosen career at a community or junior college. Trump is unable to differentiate between the two educational facilities.
Although Trump and I are just three weeks apart in age, we are worlds apart in how we experienced American life. He was a spoiled rich child, and I was a member of a working class family. This is what he believed our junior colleges represented.
“When I was growing up, we had vocational schools,” Trump said during a speech to a Republican congressional retreat in West Virginia, recalling a classmate who had a “different kind of talent” and wasn’t the “greatest student” but was skilled at auto repair.
“You learn mechanical, you learn bricklaying and carpentry. We don’t have those things anymore,” Trump said. “I think vocation is a much better word in a lot of cases than community college. A lot of people don’t know what community college means or represents.”
Trump obviously has no conception of the difference between vocational schools and junior colleges. Trump is a pitiful and under-educated man who is out of touch with most Americans. This horrific man is the worst illegitimate president in our nation’s history. When all 325 million Americans accept this fact, the healing of our nation can begin.
Trump has earned two titles; the most unfit president in history, and the worst president in history.
Vote all Republicans out of office and Trump will be defeated.
November 6th is coming soon.
