You may have heard about a fascist effort by Sinclair Broadcasting recently. In an action which would make Adolf Hitler proud, Sinclair’s local broadcasting networks have been ordered to read a script which is nearly word for word a Donald Trump tweet. It labels legitimate news services, primarily CNN and NBC, ‘fake news,’ and praises itself and FOX Noise. In 1930’s Germany, Hitler took control of all the media. All of the ‘information’ emanating from newspapers and radio originated from the government. He believed that if lies were told repeatedly, the people would eventually believe them.

All 200 stations followed the directive from the corporate offices, and one news service placed them in a montage all at once reciting their identical messages in near perfect synchronicity.

After 14 months and 13 days in office we now know that Trump has two idols; Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Putin. Trump does not believe in democracy and dreams of being an autocrat.

Trump condemns the truth which comes from NBC, CNN and others for a single reason; facts are his enemy. Trump has not offered the American people a single word of truth since he declared his candidacy in June of 2015.

Trump tweeted his support of Sinclair and revealed his desperation to hide the truth.

“So funny to watch Fake News Networks, among the most dishonest groups of people I have ever dealt with, criticize Sinclair Broadcasting for being biased. Sinclair is far superior to CNN and even more Fake NBC, which is a total joke.”

The only ‘total joke’ in America is the man soiling the White House sheets with greasy french fries and secret sauce dripping from his cheeseburgers.

If a real president such as Bill Clinton or Barrack Obama had done 10 percent of the vile things Trump has in his short tenure in the Oval Office, Republican’s heads would have exploded by now. His fascist and bigoted style of governing is unforgivable and un-American.

I have a request. I beg the television media to cease airing Trump’s lies, especially the ones about ‘fake news.’ We’ve been forced to listen to his bullshit long enough.

I am proud to say that since November 9, 2016, I have not watched a single broadcast news show. They misled the American people throughout the campaign. I read many different articles on the Internet, and I am better informed than the entertainers who claim to report the news. The only difference is that they receive millions of dollars in salary to read from a teleprompter; I receive nothing for my writing.

Oh, well; the truth is important to me.
