Trump is Reneging on his first Act as your Illegitimate President; the TPP is back in the News

Angry Trump

During his campaign Trump vehemently denounced the ‘Trans-Pacific Partnership’ trade agreement. His first act after he was sworn into his illegitimate presidency was to sign an executive order ending America’s participation in the TPP. Of course this was a serious mistake, and it now appears that Trump’s chief financial advisers have convinced him that the future of our nation’s economy will fare better if we are a member of that agreement.

However, 11 nations have completed their negotiations. It is highly unlikely that they would allow the United States to re-enter into the negotiations. This would require all nations to begin again at step one and find compromise which would allow all countries involved to receive fair and equitable arrangements.

Trump is the worst president in history, and one of his most dangerous attributes is his rush to judgment and destructive action. Trump failed to consult his advisers when he decided to keep a campaign promise and end America’s participation in the TPP. In another hasty effort to repeal Obamacare, Trump forced hypocritical Republican politicians to write a new healthcare bill in just days; Obamacare’s composition required nearly one year. When the American people learned about the contents of ‘Trumpcare,’ they protested across the nation. It would have removed healthcare from over 20 million Americans.

The truth is that Trump and his Republican puppets have passed only one significant bill in 14 months and 23 days. The so-called ‘tax reform’ bill will harm the majority and is a gift to Trump, other wealthy Americans, and large corporations. Over 10 years this huge mistake will add 1.9 trillion dollars to the deficit. Where are the “conservatives?”

All true Americans miss President Obama. His personal intellect, and his wise choices as close advisers, allowed him to make wise decisions; decisions which positively affected the majority. When he spoke to the American people his speech involved the use of the English language. His words were mostly encouraging and hopeful; not angry and accusatory.

Finally, it is impossible to compare Trump and Mr. Obama. They have nothing in common. One was a great and caring president, and the other is Trump.
