When Brian Williams either misspoke or told a lie on his nightly news broadcast on NBC, he was suspended and eventually removed from that show. When it was revealed that Bill O’Reilly lied about every one of his journalistic ‘advenutures,’ and therefore each of his books was nothing more than fantasy, FOX took no action. He sold more advertising for the right wing propaganda machine than any other fake-journalist. He was their highest rated and highest paid liar.

Chuck Todd, who hosts “Meet the Press,” is angry. He does not understand why Sean Hannity was not punished for hiding the fact that he and his fuhrer share the same “fixer.”

“I am just stunned that FOX had no punitive response,” Todd exclaimed. “Not a ‘Sean Hannity must disclose every night.’ Not a ‘he can’t cover this story.’ Not a ‘he has been suspended for a week.’ Nothing. Not a single thing. They are saying this is okay for anybody that works at FOX News.”

Let’s be clear here; Todd is raising FOX to the level of a legitimate news network. They are not. This is why anything is accepted at FOX as long as the ratings remain at an acceptable level.

Simply by reviewing some of the personalities and management formerly employed by FOX, we understand the fake-news networks primary agenda. Roger Ailes, who partnered with Rupert Murdoch to create FOX news was fired, not because he was accused of sexual harassment by 25 women, it was because these lawsuits were costing the parent network millions of dollars. Bill O’Reilly remained at FOX after his first legal entanglement for sexual assault. When others began to file lawsuits against FOX, he was eventually fired. Megyn Kelly left and joined NBC. The result has proven that she is not a legitimate journalist, and continues the tone she employed at FOX; mean and accusatory. Laura Ingraham is not only a liar, she attacks any true American who fails to accept the right wing’s harmful policies.

In the past FOX employed other liars and extremists, including Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, Ann Coulter, and others. They continue to employ the worst fake-journalists in the nation, proven by the fact that Lou Dobbs is now part of the propaganda machine’s staff. As Trump would say; “sad, so sad.”

A final thought. Michael Cohen has only three clients; Trump, who has been accused of several instances of sexual misconduct; Elliott Broidy, a Republican fund raiser who impregnated a Playboy Bunny and forced her to have an abortion; and Sean Hannity. Why is he representing Hannity? It appears that Cohen only handle cases related to sexual indiscretion. We’ll have to wait and see.
