First of all, I must ask why millions of Americans who chose to be ignorant elected Trump. When I was able to vote in 1967, at the age of 21, if a presidential candidate had been divorced, it was widely known that he could not be elected as our nation’s president. My, how things have changed.
Donald Trump has been married three times. He was accused of sexual assault by 19 women. The ‘golden showers dossier’ reports that he engaged in deviant sexual practises with two prostitutes at the Moscow Ritz Carlton. With the aid of Robert Mercer and Vladimir Putin, the election was fixed for Trump to win the Electoral College. He became the first illegitimate President of the United States.
Today we know that Trump had a minimum of three affairs while he was married. One was with a porn star just after his son Barron was born. The second was with a former Playboy model during the same time period. The third was with a housekeeper at Trump Tower which produced a child. Trump’s pathetic supporters continue to stand by the most immoral man in America.
Stormy Daniels is the adult film star who first revealed Trump’s adulterous actions. Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, has exposed the now established fact that Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, arranged a payment of $130,000 to silence Ms. Daniels. Subsequently, Cohen’s office, home, and hotel room have been searched by the FBI. Avenatti is now asserting the possibility that this could end Trump’s presidency before Special Investigator Robert Mueller reveals his findings.
“If this guy doesn’t hold up ultimately,” he observed, “very bad things are going to happen to this administration.”
On Thursday Avenatti appeared on MSNBC’s Deadline.
“I do not believe this president will serve out his term—that’s how serious I think this is.”
Admittedly my opinion is of little significance, but I doubt that Mr. Avenatti is correct. Republicans will do anything to keep the presidency in their control. They have no concern for their country, and absolutely no interest in the truth. For decades Republicans have supported their party’s politicians who have committed egregious sexual crimes. Although they claim to be the ‘party of family values,’ nothing could be further from the truth. The fact that they support a white supremacist, a proven sexual predator, and a man who has no morals is unforgivable.
For this Republican Party in name only, party is the only priority. Winning elections takes precedence over the future of our nation. They are traitors one and all.
Because I believe that the President of the United States should be an exceptional man and not a bully and a pervert, I would enjoy seeing his sexual liaison with Stormy Daniels remove him from power, but I believe that it will never happen. Trump’s party is in power, and Democrats lack the courage and passion to take their case to the American people.
Meanwhile the majority of the American people are ruled by a buffoon; a man without a conscience and any semblance of morality. As long as Trump is in the White House, I have no respect and no loyalty to my country.
