FOX Noise once had ‘the big three’ who had shows during prime time. Bill O’Reilly was finally released when his acts of sexual harassment and sexual assault began to cost FOX’ parent company millions of dollars to settle lawsuits. Megyn Kelly ran away and is now fading away on a mid-morning and failing talk show on NBC. Sean Hannity remains, although if FOX was a legitimate news network he would have been fired multiple times.
Not a single news network would allow one of its primary personalities to campaign for a single candidate and attack this individual’s opponent; but FOX is not an outlet for real news, it is a right wing propaganda machine.
Hannity has fawned over Donald Trump for nearly three years, and would not have a job today with any other cable or broadcast network after such a biased performance.
Recently the world learned that Hannity has hidden the fact that he is the third client of Michael Cohen, Trump’s personal attorney. It has not been revealed why he chose Cohen, but we know that this man is a ‘fixer;’ not a practicing attorney.
Today there is a new revelation. Bil Lako is a frequent guest on Hannity’s pitiful broadcast. Lako is the Principal and Managing Director for Henssler Financial. Hannity has promoted Lako and his company with great enthusiasm. It was revealed today that Hannity is a partner in Henssler Financial. Not only is this a conflict of interest, it is a clear statement about FOX; it has no principles and no morals.
When it was exposed that O’Reilly lied about his journalistic accomplishments, and therefore the events in his best selling books, FOX did nothing; again proving that it is not a legitimate news agency. What will they do about Hannity? I believe the word ‘nothing’ is the answer.
FOX has been losing ratings, and ratings are the only concern for the propaganda machine. If Hannity is forced to leave, they no longer have a ‘household name’ in their stable of fake journalists.
Here’s what really concerns me. Hannity continues to have fans. He is a liar, arrogant, a criminal, and a danger to our nation. His rhetoric is a large part of the reasons our nation is more divided than at any time since the Civil War.
We’ll have to wait and see whether or not FOX’ management ‘does the right thing;’ I doubt it.
