Trump loves to take credit for President Obama’s accomplishments, and for events which have not happened yet. The economy, low unemployment, the stock market, and other positive situations are the result of President Obama’s efficient and successful presidency. Trump is already claiming success for a peace agreement between North and South Korea, which is not happening in the foreseeable future.

Yesterday Trump spoke before the NRA convention. Although when the television cameras were on, he pretended to challenge other Republican’s support for the gun lobby. He obviously intended to influence true American heroes, the students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, who are demanding that all military assault rifles be removed from our nation. His self-serving rhetoric yesterday supported every falsehood delivered by the organization which works for gun manufacturers and gun sellers.

Trump refuses to address the issues important to most Americans, and gun control is considered mandatory by the majority. In addition, we demand universal healthcare, a raise in the minimum wage, affordable or free education, fair taxation which would reduce income inequality, and the protection of women’s Constitutional rights. There is also a growing movement to remove all lobbies from Washington, including the NRA and the unconstitutional Christian religious right.

Trump is only loyal to those who support him. During the 2016 campaign, he received a record 30 million dollars from the NRA. However, if his employees anger him, they discover that loyalty is a one way street. Turnover in the West Wing is over 44 percent, and more will come. Trump is not loyal to America or the American people. Trump is loyal to his only god, money.

Your illegitimate president will say anything which offers him an advantage. He repeats lies constantly displaying the same belief of Adolf Hitler in 1930’s Germany; “tell a lie often enough, and the people will accept it as the truth.” Therefore, when Trump repeats “no collusion,” “fake news,” or “crooked Hillary,” he is actually admitting guilt. A preponderance of circumstantial evidence confirms his collusion with Russia to win the Electoral College. Trump wants all America to believe that the right wing propaganda machine, FOX Noise, is real news, so he constantly demeans legitimate news services; the truth is his enemy. When he constantly referred to ‘crooked Hillary,’ and claimed that the election was ‘rigged,’ he was admitting that he is a criminal, and with the assistance of Vladimir Putin the election was rigged in his favor.

Trump can fool his supporters; they choose to be ignorant. But he cannot make fools of those such as myself who work daily to become informed.

Remove his power in November. Vote all hypocritical Republicans out of office.
