The title of this article represents Trump’s beliefs. However, like everything else in his agenda, they did not originate with his illegitimate presidency. These tactics were a critical part of Adolf Hitler’s tactics in 1930’s Germany.

Trump admires dictators and despots currently in power, and those who controlled their countries in the past. He has modeled his administration based on the tactics and atrocities of Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Putin. No one is standing up to the most immoral and hated man in the world. Neither Democrats or Republicans are telling the complete truth. They are aided and abetted by the television media, and the fake news network, FOX Noise. It appears that America has accepted fascism as our new form of government.

Today’s American government exists on lies, secrecy, half-truths, and false promises. The great majority of the American people cannot trust our elected officials, who are dominated by the Republican Party. We are a by-product of their ambitions, and our future is of little importance to the predominately old, white men in Washington.

I’m going to repeat these facts; facts which I have stated dozens of times in the past, but they are important. If our government is to be representative of all of our nation’s people and preserve democracy. The demographics of those who serve in Washington must change.

I begin with the primary fact; the truth about the face of congress.

On the left side of the aisle the faces of the men and women who serve are far more representative of the changing demographics of America; diversity is more evident with every election. The number of women in the House and the Senate is growing. More young Americans are entering public service.

On the right side of the aisle, there are a few ‘token women.’ When photographs of Republican politicians are taken, white faces shine as the few minorities stand out like a beacon. They are mostly old, white men.

The average age of the 535 men and women who hold seats in congress is about 60 years of age. The average age of all 320 million Americans is 37.8 years of age. Women continue to dominate our population with 50.9 percent. The largest voting demographic has changed; millennials have replaced my generation; baby boomers. Until younger Americans and many more women are elected to the House and the Senate, our government will not represent the American people. With every passing year our country’s population is becoming younger and more diverse. Time for real change and it must begin on November 6, 2018. It is up to us; the voting public.

We can make the change. Republicans who support Trump’s vile agenda can be voted out of office. We can replace them with candidates who are representative of today’s citizens of the United States who will oppose Trump and his old cronies who are attempting to move our nation backwards into our dark past.

Of course all of this is predicated on the hope that American voters will become more informed. The truth is Trump’s greatest fear, as well as the fear of all Republicans. Facts, which will result in intelligent voters are the greatest danger to the fascists who now control our government.
