Few of you know what I truly believe unless you read my rants daily. I believe in the America of our founding fathers. I am convinced that the Constitution is the greatest document ever written, and it offers an intentional probability that it would become a living document which could be adapted to a changing nation. I denounce both political parties today.
Republicans are hypocrites who support the wealthiest one-percent of Americans, and fail to support the wishes and needs of the majority. Democrats refuse to vehemently speak out about the facts. Schumer and Pelosi are failing their party and failing the American people. Republicans must be credited for their constant criticism of the opposition, while Democratic leadership chooses to remain nearly silent.
Trump’s administration is the most corrupt in history; surpassing any in American history by a level not previously believed possible. They have been allowed to act in this manner by their hypocritical party and also by Democrats who are failing the American people. However, Republicans have been assisted by a mainstream media which continues to hold the Trump administration to the lowest standard in history.
Our nation is under attack; our country is composed of people, not geography. If any government around the world fails to represent their people; if they are not the number one priority; it must be removed. This is the situation in America today. Our elected officials place their personal ambitions ahead of the citizens of the United States of America.
How can we change this fact? It is far more simple than most Americans believe. Some facts which might make you renew your hope for America are both simple and factual. Trump will be 72 years old on June 14th. The average age of congress is approximately 60 years of age. The average age of all 320 million Americans is 37.8 years of age. Congress cannot represent most or our nation’s people. To become a member of the House, a candidate must be an American citizen and 25 years of age. A candidate for the United States Senate must be an American citizen and 30 years of age. If any individual decides to seek the presidency, he or she must be 35 years of age; a natural born citizen; and have been a consecutive resident of the United States for 14 years.
Why are these statistics important? We, the American people, can dictate our nation’s future with our vote. In just seven months we can begin the change which will save our nation and restore intelligent life in Washington. Our weapons are more powerful than a nuclear bomb. If the American people denounce political parties and protect the future of their families and loved ones, we can take back our nation’s government from politicians who have failed our people for decades.
What will change our nation in less than a decade? We can elect many more women who compose 50.9 percent of our nation’s people. We must also elect younger Americans who will actually be representative of all Americans. Millennials compose our nation’s largest demographic.
Old, white men have failed our nation for 229 years; time for real change.
Finally; President Obama was 47 years of age when he was elected in November of 2008. He was far closer to the age of average Americans than Trump. I believe that Mr. Obama was a great president who was opposed by an opposition party which remains racist and bigoted and seeks a return of white supremacy in America. Every proposal by Trump and his circle of sinners would harm minorities and all impoverished Americans more than any other demographic in America.
Why do Republicans hate low-income and impoverished Americans? The answer is simple and the truth. GOP politicians support the wealthiest of our nation’s people. You and I are considered servants to one political party and those they support.
A final question; will you choose to allow Republicans to rule over the American people and refuse to support the needs and wishes of your family and those you love, or remove them from office in November? Your choice; and your choice to be ignorant or informed voters.
