Yesterday the Supreme Court made a very dangerous and destructive decision. The vote was 5-4; purely along party lines. You no longer have the right to address grievances committed by your employer in a court of law. Neil Gorsuch, Trump’s appointee, cast the deciding vote.

One by one your individual rights are disappearing under Trump’s immoral and unconstitutional regime. In only 16 months and 2 days Trump has caused more harm to our nation than all other presidents placed together. Fascism has arrived in America and is led by an orange man without principles or morals.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was livid at this decision to support wealthy Americans and escalate the right wing’s war on the working class.

“Nothing compels the destructive result the court reaches today,” she said, adding in her written opinionthat the majority was “egregiously wrong,” retrenching on 80 years of federal labor law that sought “to place employers and employees on more equal footing.”

Our nation has the largest and most wasteful military in the world. The people of America are 320 million strong, and most of us are working men and women. Our votes are more powerful than a nuclear missile. We must encourage every American to vote in November. Younger voters and women will control the outcome if they simply go to the polls on November 6^th. Trump’s fascist agenda must be stopped, and returning control of the House and Senate to Independents and Democrats will destroy Trump by removing all of his power.

This land is ‘our land.’
