That makes one down and at least a dozen more to go. Today a federal judge ordered Paul Manafort to report for incarceration until his trial; his bail was revoked. The judge said that Manafort had ‘abused the trust of the court.’ He attempted to interfere with Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation, and is accused of witness tampering.
Trump’s ‘team’ may not be the brightest men and women in the world, but they are the most arrogant. Following the lead of their fuhrer, they believe that they are above the law. Wrong!
How many more will follow? We know that Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, has committed crimes which will require time in a federal prison. Unless he agrees to cooperate fully with Mr. Mueller, he may be next.
Nothing will please me more than to see Trump, Ivanka, Donny Jr., Eric, and Jared in bright orange jumpsuits.
What do you think Trump said when Manafort was indicted? His response proved that he and his staff failed to adequately investigate the men he included in his campaign staff.
“As only one of two people left who could become President, why wouldn’t the FBI or Department of “Justice” have told me that they were secretly investigating Paul Manafort (on charges that were 10 years old and had been previously dropped) during my campaign? Should have told me!
“….Paul Manafort came into the campaign very late and was with us for a short period of time (he represented Ronald Reagan, Bob Dole & many others over the years), but we should have been told that Comey and the boys were doing a number on him, and he wouldn’t have been hired!”
Donny Boy continues to blame others for his mistakes. He is a fool and incapable of accomplishing the many things he brags about. The truth is that without the assistance of his close friend, Vladimir Putin, he would never have accomplished anything in the business world or in politics.
Remove his power and vote all Republicans out of office in November.
