Kirstjen Nielsen should have accepted some training from Kellyanne Conway or Sarah Huckabee Sanders before lying to the American people. It’s difficult to tell a convincing lie when the truth is in plain sight.

“We do not have a policy of separating families at the border. Period,” Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen says, calling out critics of the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” policy that calls for separating families who cross the border illegally.

Realizing that this statement was pure idiocy, she attempted to cover up her lie with a ‘Trump style’ tweet.

“This misreporting by Members, press & advocacy groups must stop. It is irresponsible and unproductive. As I have said many times before, if you are seeking asylum for your family, there is no reason to break the law and illegally cross between ports of entry.”

Sorry Ms. Nielsen, the word is “fail.” It is obvious to the entire world that this is policy created by Trump and Jeff Sessions. They are not the ‘sharpest tools in the shed’ and believe that separating families will discourage future efforts by refugees from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras to come to America.

The Trump administration refused to recognize the fact that these men, women, and children are escaping lives similar to the labor camps in North Korea, Russia in the early 1900’s, and North Korea today. The fact is that parents will do almost anything to improve the lives of their children; they will continue to bring them to our borders in hopes of receiving asylum.

Trump and Sessions are devout white supremacists, and this policy is racist. The orange man can attempt to deflect the truth and blame Democrats, but the truth is that he owns this policy.

Under Trump’s regime, this is not my America. He is making America worse again. I have criticized all other 11 presidents who served in my lifetime for minor or major mistakes, but Trump, himself, is the mistake.

Vote Republicans out in November and destroy Trump’s fascist agenda.
