If You Still Don’t Believe that America Needs Judicial Reform, you’re not Paying Attention

BLM

The number of situations where poorly trained and poorly evaluated law enforcement used excessive and even lethal force are far too numerous to count. Racism and prejudice are far too commonplace within all branches of agencies intended to protect and serve all Americans.

Our courts are a literal mess. If a defendant is wealthy and convicted of crime, he or she will receive a far less severe penalty than a low-income or impoverished American for the same crime. Money equals freedom in America; low-income means a constant fight to provide for your family and their future.

Since my youth in the 1950’s and 1960’s, respect I once had for law enforcement has completely reversed. Part of this is based on what I read, and the other half is from what I have watched on videos. Nothing is hidden any longer; everyone has a camera and a video recorder. Technology is great for revealing the truth, and the enemy of those who attempt to survive by lying.

Outside of Charleston, South Carolina, the police are alarmed. Part of a high school’s summer reading assignment was to research books discussing police misconduct. They don’t like the truth. John Blackmon is president of the Fraternal Order of Police Tri-County Lodge #3, a union that represents local, state and federal officers in the area. Instead of doing his job, he is virtually spending all his time researching books in the library which damage the reputation of law enforcement. He is now demanding they be removed from the shelves.

This is Trump’s new police state. Although he is a coward, he encourages others to commit acts of violence against his critics. His fragile ego is unable to accept any comments, written or spoken, which bring the truth about his life to the light of day. His gestapo shares his weaknesses.

Instead of improving our judicial system and law enforcement agencies, they are whining about the facts. What we have in America today is failing our nation’s people, and especially minorities, low-income, and men, women, and children living in poverty.

Please tell others that the truth is here on my pages; thank you.
