The Missing Question and Answer; More Cover-up by the White House? Putin Stays Home

Putin (2)

When the White House released the official transcript of the joint press conference held between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump one question and a telling response were eliminated.

Reuters: “President Putin, did you want President Trump to win the election, and did you direct any of your officials to help him do that?”

Putin: “Yes, I did. Yes, I did. Because he talked about bringing the US—Russia relationship back to normal.”

Trump continues to deny the fact that Putin interfered with our election, although Putin admitted it himself. Is this why the White House purposely left out the previous question and answer from the transcript?

After increasing pressure from both parties, Trump’s toadies announced today that the planned meeting between Trump and Putin in November at the White House will be postponed until Putin can visit his puppet in a federal prison. He will not come to Washington until Robert Mueller finishes his investigation.

Now, here’s the truth. Putin decided that he wasn’t ready to meet again with Trump so soon. I can’t blame him for not wanting to meet with such a boring and crude old man; once was enough. After two minutes of him talking about and bragging about himself, Putin must have been rolling his eyes and asking his aides for a bottle of vodka.

“I think it would be wise to let the dust settle and then we can discuss all these questions in a business-like way,” Yuri Ushakov said of a second Trump-Putin summit. “But not now.”

We should feel sorry for Trump. If the investigation does result in prosecution for his crimes, he may never get to kiss Putin’s a** again.
