Fact: Women compose 50.9 percent of the American population. Fact: More women are registered to vote in 2018 than men. Fact: Women outnumber men who are seeking election for the first time in 2018. Fact: Women are more concerned about social issues than immigration, international relations, and support of the Pentagon’s military elite.

Trump’s support for Neil Gorsuch and now Brett Kavanaugh are confirmed as an attack on the right of women to decide their personal health. Trump’s decision to lead the battle against women’s rights will prove fatal to reelection campaigns of Trump Party loyalists in the November 6^th election. Healthcare will parallel the concerns of all Americans other than a declining number of Trump loyalists.

Change is happening and the right wing is running scared. No longer will old, white men dominate our political system. America has changed and continues to change. Our nation is younger and more diverse, and the majority refuses to support any politician who is over the age of 60 in Washington, and is not multi-racial, younger, and progressive.

My generation; baby boomers, are no longer the largest voting demographic in America. We are dying and replacing us are younger, more aggressive and more progressive men and women who are ethnically more diverse and far more  supportive of our Constitution.

Our country can only be saved by change in our governmental system. Capitalism and a Democratic Republic have failed our nation’s people in the 21^st century. Democratic Socialism will save the nation of our founding fathers.

Although the creation of our government in 1789 was venerable, it does not reflect the changes in our nation today or the changes in our relationship to the rest of the world.

In the 21^st century no nation can exist without the support of allies. No nation’s economy can flourish without trade agreements which are designed to benefit all of the parties involved. National security is not about military might, but relevant to the protection of each nation’s sovereignty and protection by a joint relationship to guarantee protection for its members from attacks against attacks from other nations not only militarily, but also its rights and privileges guaranteed for its nation’s people. These include cyber-attacks. This is a new warfare which must include a re-definition of the term “declaration of war.”

The Trump administration has made it a policy to attack the individual rights of the American people. Trump is a fascist, and his party has made a decision to support him.

The right of a woman to make the most difficult decision of her life to have an abortion is one of the issues which denies individual rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Human rights trump the rights of a prejudicial government, and a judgmental religion. This is the primary concept behind the creation of the Constitution.

My great hope is that an historical number of real Americans will go to the polls and save our nation. Trump and his hypocritical party can be defeated and the principles of our founding fathers will be saved for posterity.
