If you don’t follow the news or spend half of your day reading about Washington politics, you probably do not know who Jim Jordan is.

Jordan is a Republican Representative from Ohio. However, is a ‘Republican in name only.’ He is one of a small number of right wing extremists who formed the misnamed “Freedom Caucus.” This group is so far to the right that it not only refuses to negotiate with Democrats, and reach compromise, it ignores more moderate Republicans. But here’s the truth; Jordan and his group are not conservatives. None of them has challenged Trump’s outrageous spending or his “tax reform bill” which will add a minimum of $1.8 trillion to the deficit. In other words, he is another right-wing hypocrite who seeks power and prestige. The Freedom Caucus is one of the primary reasons our government is completely dysfunctional.

Jordan is also involved in a sex scandal. He was an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State University before going into politics. At least 20 former members of the wrestling team have accused Jordan of “looking the other way” when a team doctor sexually assaulted them. Of course, Jordan denies the truth; he is a politician. However, the players and facts speak for themselves. Jordan aided and abetted the doctor and failed his team.

Jordan is ignoring the accusations and is focused on his desire to replace Ryan as the Speaker of the House.

In a letter to his fellow House Republicans, he denounced Ryan and others for their “weakness.” Here’s the truth. He and his group of extremists are Trump clones. The have no ability and no desire to use diplomacy to accomplish their goals and at the same time serve the American people. They have no interest in you or me; their party and special interests are their only priorities.

So, don’t be fooled by people such as Jordan. He and his fake-Republicans are what is wrong with America. It is because of them and Vladimir Putin’s efforts that we have the worst president in American history.

Finally, to the people of Ohio; Jordan is up for reelection. Please get rid of this immoral piece of trash. He and his group of extremists will destroy your lives and the lives of those you love.
