The people of Kentucky have been conned for over 30 years. They voted for Mitch McConnell over and over again. This old white man has done nothing for his state or for America during his entire career. He has placed his party ahead of our nation, and now supports Trump’s destructive agenda without considering the harm it will do to the future of America.

We must always remember that McConnell is the one person who prevented hearings for President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland. He is also the one man who is forcing a vote on Brett Kavanaugh who has proven himself to be a sexual predator and a prevaricator.

Only 34 percent of all Americans believe that Kavanaugh should be confirmed, but McConnell doesn’t care.

“There is no chance in the world that they’re going to scare us out of doing our duty.”

In typical hypocritical fashion, McConnell cites his obstruction of Merrick Garland as one of his crowning achievements.

“One of my proudest moments was when I looked Barack Obama in the eye and I said, ‘Mr. President, you will not fill the Supreme Court vacancy.'”

When men and women are elected who intend to rule over the American people and refuse to serve those who voted for them, our form of democratic socialism is swept aside and replaced by greed and personal ambition.

This is McConnell. He has been a traitor to the American people throughout his entire career. He is typical of the old, white men who have forced our government to become dysfunctional.
