It is not an exaggeration to compare Trump’s open hatred for Hispanics to Hitler’s attempt to eradicate Jews in the 1930’s and 1940’s? No. Hitler had his gestapo, and Trump is using ICE in similar fashion. The “zero tolerance” policy created by Trump and Sessions is a crime against humanity. Not only has Trump caged men, women, and children who are seeking asylum from South America, he has separated tens-of-thousands of children from their parents.

Section 208: Authority to Apply for Asylum

• “(1) In general. – Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien’s status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 235(b). [Emphasis added.]”

In other words, Trump is breaking another law. He is rewriting the Constitution and other federal laws to allow him his personal prejudices.

The United Nations Commissioner of Human rights wrote a rule in 1977 requiring all nations to address the complaints of individuals seeking asylum in fear of their lives or the well-being of their children. Trump is above the law!

“They are all met by the lawyers and they say ‘say the following phrase: I am very afraid for my life,’” he said of the attorneys who help asylum seekers understand the application process.

“And then I look at the guy. He looks like he just got out of the ring. He’s a heavyweight champion of the world,” he continued, referring to a hypothetical asylum seeker.

“It’s a big fat con job, folks,” Trump

The “con job” is Donald Trump. He is not an American and must not be allowed to wear the label of President of the United States. He is using his position to further his personal ambitions, not for the betterment of 320 million people.

There have been four deaths among the refugees imprisoned by ICE in the last few months. These men, women, and children are treated in the same manner as the Jews were in Auschwitz and other prison camps with one exception; they don’t have gas chambers; at least not yet.
