If you are a woman, and you vote for Republican candidates, you are a traitor to all women. For the last 30 years the right-wing has suppressed everything it means to be a woman. They belittle “feminism” by falsely claiming it is a movement to take men out of the equation, although it is truthfully nothing more than a fight for total equality. They held Hillary Clinton to an impossibly high standard during the 2016 campaign while giving their racist and immoral candidate a free pass. They continue to consider a finger-long organism more valuable than the health and well-being of a woman.
Why do they continue to wage a war on women? The truth is sinister and factual. Republican politicians don’t give a damn about abortion, and they are fake-Christians. By their actions Republicans prove that they reject the New Testament and the teachings of Jesus Christ. They are doing the bidding of the Christian religious right; a lobby for greedy men who live lives of luxury and privilege by creating fantasies and telling others how to live their lives; something they should know without being told. This fake-Christian organization is one of the owners of the GOP, and one of the primary reasons our government is dysfunctional. And they don’t pay one-dollar in taxes for their rich-man’s lives.
Since 2010 thousands of bills have been introduced by Republican politicians attacking women’s reproductive rights. More than 400 have been passed, primarily in red states. Trump, your illegitimate and sexist president, stated that ‘any woman who has an abortion should be punished.’ Of course, I believe that his parents should have been punished for not having an abortion.
Trump has bragged about the fact that he is a sexual predator, and that women have but one purpose; to serve men. In two years+ he has attempted to place women back into the dark days of the 1950’s.
Facts the right-wing doesn’t want you to know because the fake Christian religious right lobby doesn’t want you to learn the truth. Prostitution will last until the end of time. This is undeniable, and I am proud that my state of Nevada recognized this decades ago and legalized brothels. The young women are required to have frequent physical exams, and the state receives income from taxes. Win, win.
The other fact is that women will continue to have abortions. If Republicans succeed in destroying the Constitutional right of women to control the health of their own bodies, they will revert to coat hangers, and other devices including illegal and dangerous drugs.
Finally, woman continue to dominate our nation’s population, 51-49 percent. Millennials, ages 21-47, are the largest voting bloc in America. The average age in our nation is 37.8 years-of-age. If this doesn’t frighten Republicans, they have chosen to be ignorant. Two demographics could control elections for the next century if the they choose to do so. Throughout history America will never suffer through the tyranny of a wannabe despot like Donald Trump. We deserve an intelligent, caring, and thoughtful president who cares about his or her people. We will not miss the orange man; we will celebrate his passing.
