The truth never harms anyone. However, it does expose the guilty. Although this article is primarily about your illegitimate president, I would be remiss if I didn’t reveal all of the facts.
The government of the United States is the most corrupt in the world of developed nations. Each time they don’t want us to know the truth they hide the facts and call them a “matter of national security.” I call “bullshit.”
The fact that Trump is desperately attempting to hide his finances is proof of my allegations. An honest person, who has not obtained a fortune through nefarious means, or from contributions by foreign nations has nothing to fear.
The Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Elijah Cummings, is seeking multiple subpoenas for his tax returns and various financial records. Trump is now suing Mr. Cummings on very controversial grounds. In truth, Trump is attempting to “cover his humongous derriere.”
“Chairman Cummings has ignored the constitutional limits on Congress’ power to investigate,” the complaint filed by Mr. Trump reads. “Article I of the Constitution does not contain an ‘Investigations Clause’ or an ‘Oversight Clause.’ It gives Congress the power to enact certain legislation. Accordingly, investigations are legitimate only insofar as they further some legitimate legislative purpose,” the complaint reads.
As usual Trump hires incompetent attorneys. The most important responsibility of the House of Representatives is oversight of the executive branch. If the president is corrupt, it is the duty of Congress to investigate the allegations and if necessary, remove him or her from office with the impeachment process. This is American, and this is a mandate by the Law of the Land.
“The president has a long history of trying to use baseless lawsuits to attack his adversaries, but there is simply no valid legal basis to interfere with this duly authorized subpoena from Congress,” Cummings said. “This complaint reads more like political talking points than a reasoned legal brief, and it contains a litany of inaccurate information. The White House is engaged in unprecedented stonewalling on all fronts, and they have refused to produce a single document or witness to the Oversight Committee during this entire year.”
Finally, Trump’s entire life is a history of criminal activity, treasonous actions, and depravity. He cannot be trusted; he cannot be believed.
Trump must be investigated and subsequently removed from office asap.
