After avoiding questions during a Congressional hearing Wednesday, and refusing to testify before the House Oversight Committee today, millions of Americans are calling for William Barr’s resignation, or if necessary, impeachment.
The man Trump fired in a desperate effort to halt the Russian investigation into our 2016 election, former FBI Director, James Comey, had this to say.
“What happened to these people?” Comey asked of Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. “People are complicated, so the answer is most likely complicated. But I have some idea from four months of working close to Mr. Trump and many more months of watching him shape others.”
“Amoral leaders have a way of revealing the character of those around them,” he wrote.
“I think that’s at least part of what we’ve seen with Bill Barr and Rod Rosenstein,” Comey added. “Accomplished people lacking inner strength can’t resist the compromises necessary to survive Mr. Trump and that adds up to something they will never recover from.”
There cannot be a second term for Trump and his circle of sinners. America is better, and the American people deserve better. First, we deserve an American in the White House. You can decide which country Trump represents, but it’s not the United States. Our president must be principled, possess a high moral standard, place our nation first, and serve all Americans. Trump is without any of these qualities and serves only one-percent of the American people.
Trump chose Barr to be his Attorney General for only one reason; they agreed that Barr would hide most of the Mueller report. Mission accomplished.
After Barr testified yesterday, the American people responded. He attempted to avoid answering questions, and when he did, he committed lies of omission. Real Americans demanded his removal from office. He is not only unfit to hold the office of Attorney General, he is refusing to uphold the rules and traditions of this once respected position.
Trump has the least qualified and most immoral administration in American history. If you believe that we deserve better, please vote on November 3, 2020 and encourage your friends to do the same.
Tell everyone; “The Truth Lives Here.”
