Few Americans understand the rules which apply to the men and women working in the White House. All White House staff is obligated to divest themselves of both domestic and foreign business relations throughout their term of employment. The exception is the president. He or she can retain limited involvement in domestic business but is forbidden to engage in foreign relations related to increasing his or her personal business interests. The rule is called the “Emoluments Clause.” The Constitution specifically forbids government officials accepting gifts from foreign entities.

The Democratically controlled House has subpoenaed records pertaining to Trump’s foreign business relations. Trump’s incompetent attorneys filed a lawsuit to halt the efforts of the House to obtain those records. On Tuesday, a federal judge denied the lawsuit filed by the White House. It is very likely that Trump will be indicted for ethics violations. He has used his illegitimate presidency to increase his foreign business relationships in Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the Philippines, and other nations.

Throughout his pitiful life, Trump’s businesses have required aid from foreign nations to survive. He is an incompetent businessman who is now our nation’s incompetent president.

Judge Emmet Sullivan offered the following explanation for his ruling.

With emoluments “defined broadly as any profit, gain, or advantage, it is clear,” Sullivan writes, that Congress has “a plausible claim against the President for violations of the clause.”

“The President’s argument regarding the ‘judgment’ and ‘planning’ needed to ensure compliance with the Clause is beside the point. It may take judgment and planning to comply with the Clause, but he has no discretion as to whether or not to comply with it in the first instance,” Sullivan wrote.

Trump’s only god is money. He is another of several dozen Washington politicians who claim to be Christian but their purpose for that claim is to advance their personal ambitions. Trump and many others reject the teachings of Jesus Christ.

The entire Trump Klan is nothing more than white trash with money. Not one of them has sacrificed a single thing for his or her country, or for any other individual. Today they are living their lives of luxury and privilege at taxpayer expense. Trump’s is the most expensive administration in history. His many excursions to Mar-a-Lago cost taxpayers $3.4 million each. Add to this his trips to other Trump properties and to multiple states to hold hate rallies and the cost has reached hundreds of millions of dollars. Doubt me? One single fact may change your mind. The cost of operating Air Force One is over $200,000 per hour.
