The word from Trump’s fascist regime is that Attorney General, William Barr, will refuse to testify before Congress tomorrow; Thursday, May 2, 2019. His only reason for refusing to perform his duty as America’s chief legal official is that he is afraid that he will be forced to answer questions from qualified staff attorneys.

Even a novice legal aficionado such as myself is aware that Barr is afraid of individuals who are educated in  Constitutional law and will hold him accountable for his unnatural devotion to Donald Trump.

The right-wing has one great fear; the truth. Lies and misdirection by Republican politicians and pundits have poisoned the minds of uninformed Americans who are all too frequently denied the facts. Those of us who studiously inspect multiple articles and statements by men and women who have access to the truth will never cease to expose corruption in our federal government.

The ultimate truth is that Barr is a Trump lackey. He is unwilling to perform his job as an impartial legal representative of the American people. Two days after the Mueller report was given to Barr, he issued a four-page summary of the 485-page report. This pro-Trump report was an intentional effort to defend this illegitimate president, and in no way represented the actual findings of Robert Mueller’s team.

Fact; in a court of law a preponderance of circumstantial evidence can result in a conviction. However, a special counsel’s purpose is to investigate whether or not there is substantial proof that the possibility of criminal action occurred. It then becomes the responsibility of the Department of Justice and Congress to decide if laws were broken or the Constitution was violated.

Although Barr heavily redacted the report, which is another term for censorship, what we now know is that Trump is a criminal and colluded with Putin to secure a win from the Electoral College in 2016. He is a desperate and pitiful child who seeks attention and notoriety while lacking the intelligence or resolve to accomplish anything in life.

Barr is taking unconscionable actions to protect the schoolyard bully and must be impeached. Mitch McConnell’s traitorous senate should never have confirmed him.
