Who is Jim Jordan? He is a Republican Representative from the state of Ohio. He is also one of the men who founded the “Freedom Caucus,” the most extreme anti-American group in Congress. This means he is a liar, an opportunist, another man who shuns the Constitution, and a traitor to the majority of Americans.

I often write about today’s right-wing politicians. The fact is that they are Republicans in name only. They have none of the principles, morals, or ideals of GOP men and women from 30-40 years ago.

Jordan is a perfect example of how far to the right one party has moved, making it totally useless and a disgrace to America.

But this is not Jordan’s only “claim to fame.”

Richard Strauss was a team doctor at Ohio State University between 1978 and 1998. A report completed this week states that Strauss sexually assaulted at least 177 male athletes during his tenure. Strauss committed suicide in 2005.

Eight former members of the wrestling team have charged Jordan with knowledge of Strauss’ actions while he was an assistant between 1986 to 1994.

What was Jordan’s response to the report? He took the Donald Trump approach; he lied and attempted to misdirect the facts.

“It confirms everything I’ve said before,” Jordan told reporters on Capitol Hill on Friday. “I didn’t know about anything. If I would’ve, I’d have done something.”

Like Trump, he called the eight men who accused him of being complicit with the crimes committed by Strauss liars.

To the people of Ohio, I say; “learn about the men and women you vote for before election day.” I

The truth is that any man or woman who votes for a party, and knows nothing about the candidate, is a fool and has wasted their most precious right. Voting for a man or woman because they have an “R,” or a “D,” next to their name is the worst form of ignorance.

Because most American voters are uninformed, America is harmed every day by men and women with the names of Jordan, McConnell, Grassley, King, Kennedy, Collins, and others including your illegitimate president.

The 2020 election is the most important in American history. On November 3^rd, voters will make the decision to remain a nation based on freedom and democracy, or accept fascism and allow Trump and his Republican puppets to burn the Constitution. Save your country or surrender it to a group of rich, old, white men whose only interest is themselves.
