For America’s farmers and manufacturers including Apple, GM, and Ford, Trump’s unilateral decision to place tariffs on imports produced disastrous results. The ignorant pretender in the White House failed to understand the consequences.
“If the U.S. levels punitive tariffs on Chinese goods then, in a worst-case scenario, China can retaliate by leveling similar tariff on U.S. goods,” explained Victor Gao, a Chinese international affairs expert who worked as a translator for late Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping. “That will create a vicious cycle and everyone will be a loser.”
Farmers supported Trump in 2016. They have experienced the greatest harm from “Trump’s folly.” This mistake created a trade war between the U.S. and China. Economic experts claim that an extended war could cause a “global recession.”
Trump entered the Oval Office in 2017 with a single goal; reverse all of the accomplishments of a real President; Barrack Obama. How’s that working for you?
When Trump loses in 2020, he can only look at his own mistakes for the defeat. Farmers in Iowa told the press that “they would never vote for Trump again.”
The truth is that the great majority of men and women who voted for Trump were angry with gridlock in Washington. They weren’t voting for Trump, they were voting against the status quo. This has proven to be a huge mistake. Trump is not only incompetent, he is a danger to America’s future.
The American people are more divided today than at any other time since the Civil War, and the combination of Trump’s illegitimate presidency and the right-wing propaganda machine, Fox Noise, are to blame. Lies always result in an emotional response, making us weak. The truth, based on facts, result in intelligent thought and healthy debate.
Trump is the ultimate liar.
