Mitch McConnell is a very old man; far too old to be one of the leaders of our young nation. He is also a blatant racist who defies a country which is becoming more diverse with every passing day. McConnell agrees with Trump and seeks to repeal the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as Obamacare. He refuses to serve the American people and believes they are not worthy of receiving healthcare. Today he told an egregious lie; one he learned from his fuhrer.

McConnell pledged Friday that “if the courts strike down Obamacare’s protections for those with pre-existing conditions the Senate would move swiftly to restore them.”

Who is he trying to convince? We all know that billionaires and millionaires pull his strings, and they oppose any form of healthcare for the majority.

McConnell is seeking a seventh term in the senate in 2020. I hope and pray the people of Kentucky well look closely at his pitiful record, his age, and his racist and bigoted beliefs and send him into retirement, the only place a near octogenarian should be. He has accomplished nothing in more than 34 years for the people of Kentucky or the people of America.

He will face a worthy challenger next year. Amy McGrath, age 54, is a former Marine combat pilot who nearly defeated a Republican incumbent for a seat in the House in 2018. She will serve the people of Kentucky unlike McConnell who has ignored them for decades. Kentucky is one of the poorest states in the nation, and McConnell is one of the primary reasons it has fallen behind in the 21st century. He continued to support one dying industry; coal.

The truth is that McConnell has one huge similarity to Trump; he cares about no one else but himself. He has no loyalty to the people of the United States of America.

Republicans have become the puppets of Fuhrer Trump and the enemies of the American people.
