The Mueller report and other investigations into Trump’s collusion with Russia, obstruction of justice, and controversial financial deals presented the Department of Justice with more than enough reasons to prosecute him for multiple crimes against the United States of America.

Rules which violate the Constitution were established by the DOJ to prevent a sitting president from being indicted for crimes while in office. The Law of the Land provides for “equal protection under the law.”

Recently revealed documents confirm that the FBI was investigating Trump for “hush money” payments to porn star Stormy Daniels prior to the 2016 election. No action was taken and no clear explanation has been given for their failure to act on behalf of the American people.

“The documents, released Thursday, describe a ‘series of calls, text messages, and emails’ among Cohen, Trump, Trump campaign aide Hope Hicks, Keith Davidson; an attorney for Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford;  and David Pecker, an executive of the company that published the National Enquirer.”

Trump was convinced that if this information was revealed before the election, he had no chance of expecting a victory.

Who was protecting Trump in 2016? Why were the American people not allowed to learn the efforts by Russia to intervene in our election or that Trump was a sexual predator? One FBI agent offered enough information which would have prevented Trump from winning the Electoral College.

“I have learned that in the days following the Access Hollywood video, Cohen exchanged a series of calls, text messages and emails with Keith Davidson, who was then Clifford’s attorney, David Pecker and Dylan Howard of American Media Inc. (“AMI”), the publisher of the National Enquirer, Trump, and Hope Hicks, who was then press secretary for Trump’s presidential campaign,” an FBI agent investigating the matter wrote in the released documents.

“Based on the timing of these calls, and the content of the text messages and emails, I believe that at least some of these communications concerned the need to prevent Clifford from going public, particularly in the wake of the Access Hollywood story,” the agent said.

Cohen is currently in a federal prison. Why haven’t Trump, and Hicks been prosecuted for their interference in a presidential election and lying to the FBI and the American people? Why has Trump become exempt from federal and Constitutional law?

He must be impeached for crimes against the United States of America. In every sense of the word, Trump is a traitor to the United States of America.
