When President Obama inherited the worst possible conditions since the Great Depression, he and his highly qualified advisors created programs which reversed the errors of the previous Republican Administration. When he left office in 2017 America was in full recovery mode. Trump was not pleased.
During the 2016 campaign Trump promised to end the national deficit; part of which was created by President Obama’s policies to revive our nation’s economy and prevent another depression. Instead of reversing a growing deficit, Trump has earned the title of “Deficit Don.”
Trump’s “tax reform” was a gift to the wealthy. A foolhardy reduction in the corporate tax rate added a minimum of one-trillion dollars to the deficit. A watchdog group is reporting more failures to come by this unqualified and illegitimate president.
“Once President Trump signs the budget deal that was passed by the House on Thursday and is expected to be approved by the Senate in a few days, he will have added $4.1 trillion to the national debt, according to the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. The total national debt surpassed $22 trillion in February.”
Trump’s tax plan, combined with unadvised tariffs, will soon destroy our recovering economy. Deficit Don is the most expensive president in America’s history.
Finally, a little proof that “conservatives” are a façade; they do not exist in Washington.
During President Obama’s two terms in office all we heard from right-wing extremists was how the President was “bankrupting America.” Trump has been in office for just over two-and-one-half years and he is intentionally destroying the economy. His personal spending which allows him to live the life of a billionaire costs taxpayers more than $16,000,000 each month. Let’s be honest; the TEA Party and the Freedom Caucus are full of bull excrement. They are not concerned when it’s a Republican who is spending money like a drunken sailor on leave. Hypocrites one and all.
