I don’t believe that Trump understands the role and the restrictions of a duly elected president. He lacks the intelligence to understand the difference between his role in America and those of prime ministers, dictators, kings, or other autocratic rulers. In reality, Trump is comparable to a clerk at your local passport office, or an agent who works at the border between Mexico and the United States. He is a public servant. If he is not willing to accept that role, he must resign.

The president, all 100 senators, and the 435 members of the House serve at the pleasure of the American people. This is our country, not theirs, and they either represent our needs and wishes or leave Washington. They beg for our votes, and if they fail to respect the people, they are undeserving of their positions in our government.

Trump and his failed party either don’t understand this fact, or they don’t care. Their priorities are their party, special interests, reelection, and the personal advancement economically and in the power structure of American politics.

Today Trump offered two facts to the American people. First, he knows that his fiscal policies are complete failures and that a recession and possibly a depression are likely. Second, he believes that he is a fascist dictator and can order American businesses to change their loyalties, and alter their business practices.

“Our Country has lost, stupidly, Trillions of Dollars with China over many years. They have stolen our Intellectual Property at a rate of Hundreds of Billions of Dollars a year, & they want to continue. I won’t let that happen! We don’t need China and, frankly, would be far better off without them. The vast amounts of money made and stolen by China from the United States, year after year, for decades, will and must STOP. Our great American companies are hereby ordered to immediately start looking for an alternative to China, including bringing our companies HOME and making your products in the USA. I will be responding to China’s Tariffs this afternoon. This is a GREAT opportunity for the United States. Also, I am ordering all carriers, including Fed Ex, Amazon, UPS and the Post Office, to SEARCH FOR & REFUSE all deliveries of Fentanyl from China (or anywhere else!). Fentanyl kills 100,000 Americans a year. President Xi said this would stop – it didn’t. Our Economy, because of our gains in the last 2 1/2 years, is MUCH larger than that of China. We will keep it that way!”

Does anyone remember that because of Bush 43’s failures, we owe China hundreds-of-billions of dollars in loans?

Trump is living in fantasyland. He is destroying our economy with moronic ideas. Tariffs and tax cuts for the wealthiest of Americans and the companies they own will bankrupt our nation. “Stupid is as stupid does.”

Millions of Americans failed to do their homework and elected a man who has failed at every effort he attempted in 73+ years. Trump has displayed a lack of intellect and a failure to accept the advice of dozens of men and women who know far more than he ever will about everything.

Trump is a loser and if we allow him to continue his efforts to destroy America, we will fail with him.

Tell everyone, “the truth lives here.”
