When both Koch brothers are no longer alive, they will be remembered for their creation of the TEA Party to infiltrate and destroy the Republican Party, and their efforts to increase their personal wealth by paying for votes from Republican Politicians. They attempted a pretense to serve America, but the truth is they had no concern for America other than the money they made which allowed them to live lives of extreme luxury and privilege unimagined by 99 percent of the American people. Their goal was to make enormous sums of money, and with the help of the Republican Party, pay as little in taxes as possible.
You might think I’m being harsh after it was reported that David Koch died yesterday at 79 years of age. The truth is, I’m being kind. He was not an American in every sense of the word. He used the laws of the land to rape our nation and become one of the top five richest men in America and paid little or no taxes for that privilege. He is the poster boy for how capitalism has failed 99 percent of Americans.
Capitalism has failed the American people. Less than 10 percent of all Americans control 90 percent of our nation’s wealth. Is this what most Americans see as the American way of life? Is this a nation which values the equality and the quality of life for every American, or is this the truth that only they super-wealthy are able to live the American dream?
Economists forecast that millennials, ages 18-34, will not be able to afford a single family home in the very near future. For the 99 percent the very basic ideal of the American dream is dead.
Tara Houska is a native American who defined the legacy of David Koch.
“Let’s not forget the massive network of oil pipelines, refineries, and fossil fuel expansion projects that David Koch was directly responsible for,” said Houska. “He funded climate deniers while he contributed to climate change, in the range of a 300 million ton carbon footprint annually.”
Despite the Koch brother’s many fake ads claiming that their companies benefited America, the truth is that they are the largest manufacturer of pipelines in America. Their god has been money for the entirety of their pitiful and useless lives.
For real Americans; David Koch will not be missed.
Tell everyone, “the truth lives here.”
