“King Trump” is Wrong Again, and Making a Fool of Himself

Trump claims he has the right to cancel contracts between American businesses and China. Before I get into his fallacious claims and reality, let me just say that Trump is the least intelligent president in history; the least informed; and out of his f**king mind.

When leaving the White House for the G7 summit in France, Trump told reporters, “I have the absolute right to do that, but we’ll see how it goes.” He later explained that he was referring to the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), and in a Friday tweet wrote: “For all of the Fake News Reporters that don’t have a clue as to what the law is relative to Presidential powers, China, etc., try looking at the Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977. Case closed!”

Trump continues to ignore the fact that Congress can override his fallacious claim of unlimited power; he is not a king, although he spends taxpayer money like one.

Let’s take a look at what would happen if Trump could restrict trade agreements with the second largest economy in the world. After the dust settled, and the very corporations Trump gifted with a huge tax reduction began to lose money, our nation would not experience a forecasted recession; we would be placed in the second great depression. Layoffs and a ‘run on the banks’ similar to 1929 would ensue and Putin’s plan for the destruction of America would be complete. Trump would have served his master.

Most importantly for the future of America, the working class would abandon any support of their failed president. Trump would lose by percentage points in double digits in 2020.

There is no single market in the world which comes close to the economic power of China. This would be not just another Trump failure; it would be another Trump disaster.

If we look at the facts, any effort by Trump to force corporations to void their contracts with businesses in China would be faced with dozens of lawsuits. These companies have talented lawyers, not Rudy Giuliani. Trump and his failed administration would be charged with first amendment violations. American businesses have the right to engage in any foreign business as long as they do not violate federal law.

Republicans who support Trump would be the victims of their own Constitutional violation misnamed a ‘Citizens United.’ This rule claims that ‘corporations are people’ and can contribute to elections under the same rules as regular citizens. Trump and his circle of sinners would lose in a federal court of law.

Trump has been a loser long before he was known to the media and the American people. His life is void of accomplishments and filled with failures which were bailed out by foreign nations.

Trump’s penchant for failures has become Americas failures. He is mentally unfit to lead our nation and a fraud.

Trump’s fiscal policies are rash and unsupported by history. He refuses to accept the advice of qualified men and women. His failed decisions are his and his alone. The greatest failure in history is leading America backwards into destruction. Trump is the world’s ‘biggest loser’ and must be impeached.

Tell everyone, “the truth lives here.”
