Prior to Trump’s illegitimate gift from the unconstitutional Electoral College, 44 presidents attempted to perform the various roles required by the office for which they were elected. These roles are: (1) chief of state, (2) chief executive, (3) chief administrator, (4) chief diplomat, (5) commander in chief, (6) chief legislator, (7) party chief, and (8) chief citizen.
As chief of state, the president is required to represent all the people of America. Trump does not. His loyalty is limited to those who support him. Even the words “President of the United States of America” prove that he is unfit to wear that label. For example, Trump hates California and has treated the people of our nations largest state unfairly and unequally. Internationally, Trump continues to alienate our allies and praise our nation’s enemies; including Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong-un, and Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammad bin Salman.
As our nation’s chief executive, the president has vast powers encompassing both domestic and foreign affairs. However, they are limited by our nation’s ‘check and balance system.’ However, with Moscow Mitch as the Senate Majority Leader, congress has surrendered its powers to the fuhrer in the West Wing.
The executive branch is the responsibility of the president as chief administrator. About 2.7 million Americans rely on their presidents’ actions to secure their jobs and the tools to be successful. Once again, Trump has failed by choosing unqualified heads of multiple departments who are harming the very agencies they lead.
Trump’s biggest failure is as our nation’s chief diplomat. Trump has proven repeatedly that he has zero skill as a negotiator. After two meetings with North Korea’s murderous dictator, Kim Jong-un, the small nation continues to test weapons capable of carrying nuclear warheads. Unable to negotiate a trade agreement with China, he resorted to the same tactic which failed him in the business world; bullying. It failed miserably, and we are now in a trade war with the second largest economy in the world. Failure number four.
As ‘commander-in-chief’ Trump is way out of his league. Currently he is without a Secretary of Defense. As a draft dodger he has no military experience and no understanding of the requirements needed to keep our military strong. Trump has been quoted as saying; “I like wars.” He indicated that statement included nuclear conflict.
As the chief legislator, it is his responsibility to work with both parties and find ways to pass bills which are necessary to secure our nation and move it forward into the 21st century. Trump constantly attacks the leaders of the Democratic Party and refuses to work with them in good faith. With the support of Moscow Mitch, more than 200 bills passed by the House have died in the Senate without a vote. Failure number six.
As you might expect, the president is chief of his own party. Although he is the leader of the Republican Party, and Moscow Mitch is his second in command, neither supports the century’s old principles and ideals of the GOP. This Republican Party in name only is in disarray and without effective leadership.
The president is also expected to be America’s chief citizen. He or she is expected to lead by example and, once again, represent more than 320 million Americans. As the leader of white nationalism in America, as well as a homophobe, a xenophobe, and a misogynist, his support encompasses a very small percentage of the American people. Eight straight fails.
Trump constantly proves that he loves only himself and serves only those who agree with his vile agenda.
Trump is not an American president.
Tell everyone, “the truth lives here.”
