There is no question that the media assisted Donald Trump’s campaign in 2016. From offering the least qualified candidate in history five-times more television and print coverage than all other candidates combined, to holding him to the lowest standards in election history, they showed their support for him above all others. They’re doing the same thing today.

In just a few weeks Trump has confirmed that he is a racist, an economic failure, a tool for the NRA, an asset for Vladimir Putin, and now wants to remove natural born citizenship from children born to our military in foreign nations. But the media doesn’t care; Trump needs help to win again in 2020.

Trump depends on misdirection to protect himself from the consequences of his actions. The media is helping him. Trump is guilty of collusion with Russia, and obstruction of justice to hide that collusion. He has laundered money for Russian oligarchs. Trump is an adulterer, and guilty of sexual assault. The orange man is committing treason every day he is in office. This is what the media should be focusing on instead of his ridiculous tweets, and his constant lies to the television cameras.

If this was Bill Clinton or Barrack Obama the press and the fake television news would never stop talking about their crimes and the fact they would be unfit to be the President of the United States. The ultimate double standard.

I have not watched television “news” since November 8, 2016, and I never will. I refuse to be lied to and lies of omission are far more harmful than any other form of falsehood.

Tell everyone, “the truth lives here.”
