The NRA is not a gun rights organization. The truth is it’s a lobby for gun manufacturers and gun sellers; profit before people. Because they donate millions of dollars to Republicans each election year, right-wing politicians blindly support the NRA and refuse to seriously address the growing problem of domestic terrorism.

The federal government refuses to take any action after mass shootings are on the front page of the newspapers and the internet every week. One city has taken an important step to change the dangerous atmosphere in our nation. San Francisco’s board of supervisors just declared the NRA a ‘domestic terrorist organization.’

Some may think this is frivolous; I think it’s a beginning. The truth; by not taking any action to protect the American people, the NRA proves that it supports domestic terrorism.

By association, Trump and Moscow Mitch McConnell are also supporters of domestic terrorism. They support the NRA and ignore the people of America.

Every citizen must stand up to our government and the NRA. Gun safety is not a second amendment issue; it is a public safety issue. In America the majority must be served over the wishes of a few. Individual rights only apply when they do not infringe on the rights of others. Shooters with military assault rifles definitely threaten the right to life of all Americans.

Time for common sense in government. All 535 members of congress are elected for a single reason; to serve the needs and wishes of all 320 million Americans. Republicans are not performing the jobs for which they were elected; they serve special interests including the NRA.

We can change the backwards direction our illegitimate 

president and his cowardly party have taken our nation; vote on November 3, 2020.

Tell everyone; “the truth lives here.

”
